3 Days.
What does 3 days mean?
Well, this is how we have found out just how little control we really do have in our lives. Victoria went 3 days without the abdominal drain before having to call the GI Surgeon on the weekend. He sent us to the ER where we spent the rest of a Sunday for Victoria to get antibiotics and more steroids, not to mention another CT scan.
BUT, before that, we managed to go Ice Skating on a Saturday night. It felt great getting out and her being able to actually do something because she didn't have this abdominal drain in the way pinching in her abdomen. It's been a pretty miserable experience.
