This has to be one of our favorite events for the Cache County 4-H Dog Program.
We set up Black Lights and stick neon tape to the Agility equipment.
We had 34 kids and dogs come!
Kaleb and Victoria even ordered light up sunglasses to wear. I have no idea how
they could see in the dark but they wore them.
This all started at the Fair. Late on Saturday night we would turn out the Arena lights and put glow sticks on the dogs and around the equipment and let the kids run agility with glow sticks. Then we got moved and there is a light post right over our arena space that we can't turn out, so we save it for January when the kids and dogs need something fun to do. We turn out the lights in the arena and have a great time with treats, music and just messing around waiting for your turn to run agility with your dog. It's fun and a favorite for the kids.
